Setup path

1osu! loginConfigure AUTH_OSU_ID, AUTH_OSU_SECRET, AUTH_SECRET, and callback URLs.
2Admin allowlistSet ADMIN_OSU_USER_IDS to comma-separated osu! user IDs.
3Automation OAuthConnect the owner account with multiplayer.write_manage through the admin flow.
4Mappool importImport existing curated pools by slot, beatmap ID, source URL, and attribution.

Local test match

Creates SB Test A and SB Test B as verified Malaysia players, queues them, runs one matchmaking tick, then opens the generated match page.
